DigiQ Office - DQCF   

In this configuration, the DigiQ^® display is set up as a feature-rich Customer display. To use, Counter staff call the next Customer for service with either a MON-RF wire free button or a System 16 key pad. The DQCF speech system directs the Customer using the wide variety of chimes and phrases available in English and Welsh, using Male and Female voices. The DQCF Office system can have up to 30 Counter positions and also supports in-queue background music or special messages playing between ticket calls. Further options include desk thermal printers and our Wall Mounted ticket printer CXL-TPS.

The DQCF display shows the Ticket Number for service and the Ultra-blue dot matrix moving message can be programmed to display the Ticket Number being called and the Counter Number. In addition, the direction arrows help guide the Customer and the Counter displays flash. There are co-ordinating 1 and 2 digit 75mm Counter displays in brilliant Ultra-blue for the Counter positions and the 2 digit Counter displays can show either the Counter Number or the Ticket Number being called.

Our new DigiQ^® displays are our most powerful and versatile displays and can provide a small office with a feature-complete system using DigiQ Office or can be used to complement our Smartsoft software modules for an integrated Web-based system. The system could then be expanded to include LCD displays, Web-based virtual key pads and touchscreens.
