Smartstatus ... Real time visual overview Smartstatus has been developed by Alex Simmens to enable managers to easily design a virtual representation of their Queue Management system on any PC screen. As the system updates, the screen automatically displays live data for each queue. The status of the system displays, key pads and printers with queue lengths and waiting times, ticket numbers, serving times and totals is shown in real time using our unique updating dynamic icons to provide the ultimate in managers' panels. |

To create a panel displaying real time system data, managers can simply select a pre-built template like the one shown above. Each template comes with a range of suitable icons which can be moved around each panel and more can be added or deleted as required. The title icons can be renamed so that separate panels can be created for each queue such as Benefits, Bus Passes etc. Each panel is displayed in a separate window, so that live system data can be readily viewed for each queue simultaneously. |

| Managers can also create their own customised panels by using the drop-down menu to select from the list of icons, some of which are shown above. There is also a template to view the ticket being served in every queue. |
