Canolfan Rheidol in Aberystwyth is the prestigious new home for Ceredigion County Council. Costing £15M, it has been designed with excellent green energy credentials and is partially powered by solar panels and a wind turbine. We were delighted when we were asked to design a Queue Management system for their new Reception and Customer Service area.

Aberystwyth chose our Ultra-blue DigiQ^® Counter displays to show each Counter number and a POS printer for the Reception desk. We also supplied a Touchscreen and our CXL-TPS printer, customised with the Ceredigion logo, for Customers to choose their service and take a ticket

Ceredigion is one of the heartlands of the Welsh language and about 60% of residents speak Welsh. We programmed each LCD display using Smartmonitor with Welsh and English text and bi-lingual speech to call Customers for service.

This Smartsoft^® system has been designed with a cool colour palette of blue and light grey to complement the decor and the Ceredigion logo - providing a stylish and feature-rich Queue Management solution.
